Menergy has served a multitude of clients globally in regions UAE, Senegal, Mauritania, Las Palmas, Ghana, Liberia, Angola, Cote ’d’Ivoire, Gabon, Senegal, Namibia, Oman in a wide range of services with a specific focus on offshore and onshore manpower, offshore and onshore catering, food supplies, event management, hospitality management, housekeeping services, husbandry services, car rentals, accommodation services. A Journey of Excellence and
Expansion in the Oil & Gas Industry
1989
The birth of an exciting journey began in Gabon when Mr. Daniel Mensah, with a vision in mind, leaped to become an entrepreneur. In 1989, he incorporated the company in Gabon and started providing services to multiple drilling companies.
1994-2014
During the period from 1994 to 2014, Menergy expanded its operations to both Côte d'Ivoire and Ghana, solidifying its presence in the region. In addition to the services provided to various companies, Menergy collaborated with Dolphin Drilling, offering manpower and catering support services for the rig Bolette, which was drilling for Anadakor. Menergy provided manpower services to the following esteemed companies:
- Reading & Beats (Rig C E Thorton) drilling for Umic
- Global Santafe ( Several jackup rigs, The Adriatic Rigs)
- Japan Drilling Company
- Transocean ( Several Rigs , semisubmersible and drill ships)
- Songa Saturn
- sea Drill
These companies were involved in drilling activities for notable organizations such as Hunt Oil, Dana Petroleum and SantaFe among others. Menergy's provision of skilled manpower supported these operations in both Côte d'Ivoire and Ghana. As well as offering them with catering and hospitality services.
Ghana Discovers Oil
A proud moment for Menergy, as its crew members were onboard the rig that made the first discovery of the Jubilee Field for Kosmos. At that time, Menergy was the primary provider of manpower to the drilling companies, further solidifying its presence in the industry.
2015-Present
Menergy made a strategic investment by acquiring a warehouse facility in Takoradi. This facility boasts 11,000 m2 of open space and 3,200 m2 of closed space. With this expansion, Menergy diversified its services to include offshore end-to-end catering and hospitality, logistics, and various other areas.
Expansion into other Countries
From then on, Menergy's operations expanded to several African countries, where the company actively provides services to date. These countries include Angola, Congo, Equatorial Guinea, Liberia, Mauritania, Namibia, Senegal,Germany and the UAE.

From 2015 until the present day, Menergy has demonstrated its unwavering commitment and active involvement in servicing the oil and gas industry in several countries. The journey that began in 1989 in Gabon has evolved into a remarkable expansion across Africa and beyond.
