Mr. Ray Sandison is a veteran in the offshore catering industry with 40 years of experience in the sector. He is a hands-on operations manager having learned the trade and risen the ranks in the offshore catering right from the level of a chef to camp boss/mobilization manager.
He brings on board a combination of exciting menus which is key in keeping the motivation of the hardworking offshore crew which enables higher productivity offshore. He has previously served with ESS and Sodexo in varied geographies like Cameroon, Cuba, Trinidad, Falkland islands, Denmark among others. He has successfully executed several projects with MEA Catering in the African sub-region. Ray is a Scottish national and is fluent in English. He is based out of multiple Group locations based on projects
