Mr Daniel Mensah

Mr Daniel Mensah is the visionary entrepreneur and the driving force behind the Menergy Group. He has over three decades of experience in the industry and is widely respected for his professionalism and business acumen. His humble beginnings as a seafarer after graduating from school in Ghana to building up a successful business group has been an inspirational story for many youngsters. He has served for more than a decade on various types of offshore vessels and oil rigs rising to commanding positions during the career. He later found his true calling in Gabon in the year 1989 and started his business career by initially supplying and training local manpower to oil and drilling companies.

His impeccable service attitude gained him repute among the global clientele. He quickly expanded the business to other West African countries like Senegal, Cote’d’Ivoire, Mauritania, Liberia among others. Despite this rapid growth, he has always been grounded and stuck to his basic personal principles which has gained him immense love and affection from both the industry and people. He is a true believer of local economic development and has been instrumental in training and development of 1000’s of local crew in every region of operation. He has played a key role in the training of several key personnel in oil and gas sector in the African region. Mr. Mensah is also coming out with his book titled “A Journey of Success”

Mr Mensah is a Ghanaian national. He is fluent in English, French and Basic German. Being a hands on leader, he shuttles his time between all our Group offices worldwide.
